This shack is named after the owners’ mini pet pig and is famous for its all-pork menu. The menu changes daily but a consistent special is their famed "Pork Belly App," a healthy serving of slow-cooked pork belly topped with a sweet chili glaze. It's slightly crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth fat on the inside. If you have the time, I recommend working your way through the whole menu as there really are no misses here.
